Full Paper Submition

The accepted abstracts will be chosen, and then we will send a request for the submission of the full paper of the authors whose abstracts are accepted. The authors will also get an invitation to this years’ GeoVan Conference of 2017. The final papers will be reviewed before the Conference, and we expect that the finalized versions of the papers will be printed out and presented in the program before its start. It is why it is important to keep to the schedule by submitting your paper by May 13, 2017, so that we can organize the Conference in the best possible way. The authors will be offered one full conference registration, but if you wish to come with your team, you should emphasize that in the application.

What Do We Expect From Full Papers?

We expect that the full papers we receive are clear and technically concise. The reviewers will also pay close attention to originality and innovativeness of your work. The revised papers will be sent back to the authors by July 22, 2017, and the accepted papers will be published in the Conference in both printed and electronic forms. The registrants that are taking part as presenters are excluded from paying a registration fee for the Conference. Call for papers is opened from January, so all participants have more than enough time to reach out to our team.
