Requirements for Entering Canada (Passports, Visas, eTAs)

Canada is introducing a new entry requirement, known as an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA), for visa-exempt foreign nationals travelling to or transiting through Canada by air. Exceptions include U.S. citizens and travellers with a valid visa.

Starting August 1, 2015, eligible travellers can apply online for an eTA. On March 15, 2016, this new requirement will become mandatory and travellers will need an eTA before they can board their flight to Canada. To find out more, click here or visitCanada.ca/eTA

To find out if you require Visa or just eTA to visit Canada, please click on the link below and search for the country of your origin.http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp

Invitation Letter

All delegates are advised to obtain and submit an official Letter of Invitation from the conference organizers to help facilitate the immigration process. Please note that Letters of Invitation are only issued to registered and paid/approved delegates.
