Here Is How Registration Works!

Full Conference for a Member Includes: Admission to all sessions, Ice Breaker, Colour Night, Annual Awards Banquet, Delegate bag or portfolio, Proceedings, Admission to the exhibition hall, Lunches and breaks, for $805 or $905.

Full Conference for a Non-Member Includes: Admission to all sessions, Ice Breaker, Colour Night, Annual Awards Banquet, Delegate bag or portfolio, Proceedings, Admission to the exhibition hall, Lunches and breaks, 2017 CGS membership for $995 or $1,095.

Full Conference for a Student Includes: Admission to all sessions, Ice Breaker, Delegate bag or portfolio,  Proceedings, Admission to the exhibition hall, Lunches and breaks, 2017 CGS membership for $425 or $475.

One Day Registration for a Member Includes: Admission to all sessions, Delegate bag or portfolio, Proceedings, Admission to the exhibition hall, Lunch and breaks on the day for $420 or $470.

One Day Registration for a Non-Member Includes: Admission to all sessions, Delegate bag or portfolio, Proceedings, Admission to the exhibition hall, Lunch and breaks on the day for $470 or $520.

More Info: In order to receive Student registration rate you need to send us a proof that you are a full-time student. REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration paid with credit card is a preferred method and results in an instant confirmation of a delegate attendance. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa. All transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Venue West Conference Services.

Cheque

Your registration is incomplete until your cheque is received! Please indicate the name of the delegate on (or with) your cheque that you registered online. Please address the cheque to Venue West Conference Services and mail to the address below:

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.

INSURANCE

cancelRegistration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Congress and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Canada, failure to utilize tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Venue West cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds (less a $85 CDN handling charge) will be provided for cancellations received in writing by July 31, 2017. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations after this date, but a substitute delegate may be sent instead.
